Students will be recording quotations in a psychologist's log documenting Holden Caulfield's physical, mental and social well-being and practice using different strategies that lead to effective commentary.

Written ReportIn teams, students will design a school based on evidence from the text where students like Holden can be successful. Each team member will take on the role of either principal, teacher, Activities Director or counselor and individually complete a written report about your school.
Power Point & PresentationYour group will make a formal presentation about the school to potential students and their families in which you attempt to persuade them that yours is the best school for Holden and others like him. Each individual will speak in character from 3-5 minutes about the key points you have covered in your written report.
